30-Day Return Policy
At PDL Performance, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Return Postage
Please note that return postage costs £3.50, which will be deducted from your refundable amount. To return your items, kindly complete the returns form.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, we encourage you to inspect it immediately. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can address the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (like beauty items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials or flammable liquids. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out to us.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason, without justification. As mentioned, items must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
